FRIABLOC Grid System: The Ideal System for Bathroom Modernisation
Faster, smoother, easier - pre-assemblage is a tried-and-tested option to optimise on-site workflows and thus lower construction costs. Pre-assembled elements stand for the cost-efficient solution, in particular when it comes down to bathroom modernisation projects in multi-storey residential buildings. The FRIABLOC grid technology offers a wide range of benefits: For instance, tenants can use at least one tap and one toilet in their homes at the end of the first refurbishment day. Since tenants need not be transferred to other places during the modernisation stage, the landlords' expenses can be minimised.
Pre-assembled and Customised
The FRIABLOC grids for the future bathroom layout are pre-assembled depending on the specific requirements and ground plan. They are delivered to the construction site in form of ground-to-floor pre-wall elements already equipped with the specific service connections ready for integration into the conceived dry-wall concept. That is to say: drinking-water inlets and wastewater outlets, fittings and/or the concealed flushing cistern are already incorporated in the grid. Depending on the relevant requirements and specifications, the FRIABLOC grids may also encompass ventilation and heating components, even in-house equipment for decentralised fresh water treatment may be integrated into them. The FRIABLOC installation grids meet all requirements in terms of fire and noise protection and fully comply with the new German Potable Water Ordinance.
