The decentralised Service Centres are independent business units which maintain direct contact with our customers. The workshop equipment, completely equipped to a high technical standard, in conjunction with experienced and continuously trained specialist personnel makes repairs and maintenance work possible not only in the Service Centres but also on the customer's site.
Our Service Centres have available all technical, personnel and engineering requirements for carrying out inspection, repair, maintenance or modification work on pumps for all spheres of industry. The high quality standard of all Service work is based on our experience in the design and production of pumps of the widest range of types built up over decades. This pool of experience is also the basis for our Service Centres.
The internal logistics of the FRIATEC AG - Rheinhütte Division make it possible to deliver fast moving spares quickly. This is particularly important for eliminating malfunctions and carrying out maintenance in good time in order to prevent longer equipment stoppages.
